At this moment, I'm not sure if he will truly understand the Queen's message yet. I figure he'd think "great, I went through all the trouble and she didn't even minded in first place". He'll need a stronger shock, since no matter what people tells him, he won't try to get old America back if he doesn't truly wish it.
